Anita Mae Moritz

Anita M. Moritz, 99, of Genoa, Ohio passed away Wednesday March, 4, 2009, at the First Community Village, Columbus, Ohio. She was born November 28, 1909, in Alabaster, Michigan, to Edward and Minnia Anschuetz Musolf. Anita moved to Genoa where she married Victor E. Libbe on October 1, 1938. He preceded her in death in 1970. She would later marry Woodrow A. Moritz on May 22, 1983, in Elmore, OH. He had also preceded her in death in 1991. Anita was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Elmore, OH. She was a former waitress for Blauseys in Genoa, the Forest Park in Genoa, and the Step-in Caf in Northwood, OH. Anita is survived by her two grandsons, Brett Libbe of Columbus, OH, and Todd Libbe of Ormond Beach, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, son, Victor L. Libbe, and 8 brothers and sisters. Graveside services for Anita will be Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at 1 p.m. in the Clay Township Cemetery, Genoa, OH. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church located at 412 Fremont St. Elmore, OH 43416.
