ANDREW PAUL KRISIEWICZ (HAFNER) Andrew Paul Krisiewicz, born October 22, 2010, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Beloved son of Matthew Krisiewicz and Laura Hafner Krisiewicz. Cherished grandson of Kris and Susan Krisiewicz and David and Rita Hafner. Dearest great-grandson of David and Mary Smith, Goldie Lytle, and William Davis, Sr. Nephew of Chris (Jen) Krisiewicz, Matthew Hafner, Beth (Andy) Shelburne, and Amanda Krisiewicz. Cousin of Taylor Hafner, Cameron Krisiewicz, and Alex Shelburne. Friends will be received Monday, May 16, 2011 from 4-8 P.M. at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at First United Methodist Church at 11 A.M. with Pastor Gary Rode officiating.
