Andrea C. Moreo

Andrea C. Moreo age 89, of Maumee, OH passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. Mrs. Moreo was born in Maumee on May 18, 1924 to Remie and Leontine Vanluchene Delecluyse. Andrea was employed at Gouttieres Bakery for several years until devoting her life to raising her family. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Maumee. Andrea enjoyed puzzles, word searches, watching the Game Show Network but most of all, spending time with her family. Surviving are her children, John Rozanne Moreo, Tom Cindy Moreo and Theresa Richard Cummins; 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and brother, Albert Delecluyse. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Aloysius; grandson, Matthew and sister, Mary. Family and friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee, on Friday, May 16, 2014 from 2-8 pm with the Rosary being recited at 3:00 pm and a scripture service at 7:00 pm. Prayers will begin in the funeral home on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 9:30 am followed by the Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 10:00 am.
