Amy Casey

Amy Marie Casey, 38, of Oregon, Ohio died on March 3, 2023, at St. Charles Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born in Tucson, AZ on August 31, 1984, to Carroll (Clark) and Timothy Casey.

Amy loved to live life to the fullest. She had an adventurous spirit and enjoyed traveling. She loved to explore and be spontaneous. She especially enjoyed her time in Florida where she met new friends who became family. She was a caring and giving person and an incredible daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and cousin. She will be greatly missed.

Amy had a bond with her nephew and niece, Buddy and Charlie, that could not be broken. The love between them was strong and fierce.

Amy leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Carroll (James) Jennison; father, Timothy Casey; sister, Michelle Casey; niece and nephew, Buddy and Charlie; special aunts, Patti, Maria and Fran (Highlighter); many loving extended families of aunts, uncles, cousins; and special friend, Emily Toth. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Papa and Memaw Casey and Grandpa and Grandma Clark; and Uncle Mike.

Amy had a special and emotional Honor Walk service at St. Charles Hospital. Where the staff of nurses, doctors, EMTs, security, and many others lined the hallway to honor and respect and thank Amy, for the courageous and selfless decision to donate her organs. A huge thank you to the staff of St. Charles and to Life Connections for their compassion, care, and support. In memory of Amy donations may be made to Life Connection of Ohio.
