Alois A. Pallauf

Alois A. Pollauf, age 92, passed away Friday, May 4, 2012 at Ebeid Hospice. The daughter of Benjamin and Irene Eischen, she was born in Sylvania on April 28, 1920. She married the love of her life Arthur Pollauf on Jan. 9, 1943. She was a member of Gesu church and was involved with Soldality. She enjoyed quilting, cooking and Baking. She traveled to Medjugorje several years ago and became involved with the Medjugorje prayer group. Alois will be remembered as the most loving and caring mother and grandmother. She will be sadly missed by her children; James Vickie, Gary Nancy, David Fran Pollauf, Patricia Kenneth Roshak; grandchildren, Dan Jr., Jean, & ThomasBeth Dennis, Amy Kevin Melvin, Christy, Matt & Brett Pollauf, Nathan, Lauren & Jason Roshak, A.J. II Arthur Pollauf, Tina Matt Nicholas, Kim Miller & Ken AngelaMiller, Nick & Adam Monday; great grandchildren, Thomas & Kody Fry, Alyson Nicholas, Grace, Gretchen & Grant Miller, Kira Melvin, Landon Wilkins & Ethan Pollauf. She was preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara Jean DanielsDennis and her husband, Arthur. Friends may visit the family on Sunday from 2-9 PM at the Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. Funeral services will begin on Monday with prayers at the funeral home at 12:15 PM followed by Mass of the Resurrection at Gesu at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery .
