Alma E. Schultz

Schultz Alma E. Alma E. Schultz, age 91, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2009 at Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania. Alma was born December 18, 1917 in Toledo, OH to Maxwell and Ida Walker. She worked for Ohio Bell as an operator and receptionist for twenty-three years and for Doyle, Lewis and Watner as a receptionist for twelve years. Alma was a longtime member of All Saints Lutheran Church where she was active with the church womens group. She enjoyed knitting sweaters and afghans for friends and family and will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and sense of humor. Alma was preceded in death by her husband, Donald R. Schultz. She is survived by her sisters, Ardis Joseph Hudak and Patricia William Hines; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd. from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:30am.
