Born Feb. 15, 1919 Wood Co. Perrysburg, Ohio to Mary Francis (Lang) and Charles Mutchler. Preceded in death by her husband Bobby (62 years of marriage); son, Douglas; granddaughter, Tonya; great-grandson, Mason; siblings, Floren Stickles, Violet Warnes, Lila Knull, Bertha Hahn, Ila Deeth, Elmer Mutchler, Charles Mutchler and LeRoy Mutchler. Survived by her daughter Kay Albright and son Rev. Thomas Parrish and wife Jan; granddaughters Charlene, Tiffany, Ashley, Nicole; grandsons, Anthony, Steve, Chad, Matthew, Timothy, and Andrew; great granddaughters, Audrey, Julie, Jessica, Julie, Ally, Annabelle and Tessa; great grandsons, Tony, Sebastian, Beau, Mark, Luke, Adam, and Roman. Raised in Perrysburg, Ohio during the depression era Alice learned to use the gifts God the Father gave her making her a super mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. During WWII she supported the war effort by working in Akron Ohio as Rosie the Riveter at the Goodyear Plant building the Navy P-51 airplane. After the war she met Bobby Parrish, when he returned from the South Pacific from the island of Tinian where he watched the Enola Gay take off to the end war with Japan. They were married May 25, 1946. Alice loved to cook, clean, crochet and knit. Alice loved to dance and was a card impresario when it came to Euchre. She was a rabid football fan for the Perrysburg Yellow Jackets and Ohio State. She was a life-long member of Zoar Lutheran Church believing strongly in the Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. She is now face to face with Jesus! Friends will be received Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 10-11 A.M. at Zoar Lutheran Church, 314 E. Indiana Ave, Perrysburg, OH 43551 with a Funeral Service beginning at 11 A.M. Burial will follow in Fort Meigs Union Cemetery.
