Alice Ruth Haney

Ruth Haney, 92, of Maumee, Ohio passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 6, 2013 at Elizabeth Scott Community. She was born on June 21, 1921 in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania to George and Alice Huff Bowersox Ruth was the past Madam President of the Maumee Eagles Auxillary Lodge 2562, a member of the Maumee American Legion Post 320, a member of the Punxsutawney Elks Lodge 301, and a member of the Red Hat Society. Ruth is survived by her children, daughter, Alice Anne Taylor, son, Terry Nancy, son, Richard, and daughter, Tish Robert Fournier, grandchildren, Renee Michael Pettinato, R.J. Elisa Fournier, and Eric Haney, great grandchildren, Jessica, Alexis, John Michael, Kiersten, Corey, and Emerson, sister, Vera Cline, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert, granddaughter, Cheryl Ott, sisters, Olive, Dorothy, Marie, Georgia, and brother John. Visitation for Ruth will be on Monday November 11, 2013 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio 43537. Interment will be on Tuesday November 12, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Circle Hill Cemetery, Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. Memorial contributions may be given to Donors Choice.
