Alice Lucy Graham

Alice Lucy Graham, age 82, of Maumee, passed away on Saturday November 16, 2013, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. Lucy was born in Perrysburg, OH on May 25, 1931, to Ernest A. and Alice W. Frusher Griner. Lucy lived a simple life as a child and had many close friends and interests. She met her husband, Bob Graham, in 1945 at the Pastime Club in Perrysburg where they had roller skating and wrestling events. They were married February 10, 1951, and started out their married life living on the family farm in Maumee before building their own home in Monclova. Lucy was a homemaker most of her life and was an excellent seamstress. She later joined her husband in the farming operation until their retirement. Lucy is survived by her daughter, Sharon Bill Chaplin Wesolowski; granddaughter, Tammy Tim Pappas; great-grandchildren, Tara and T.J.; sisters-in-law, Pat Griner and Alice Kille; brothers-in-law, Art Graham and Vic Gressler, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Norman Graham, and brother, Arthur Griner. Family and friends may visit at the Maison - Dardenne - Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee, OH on Monday, November 18, 2013, from 3-8 p.m. where services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Swan Creek Cemetery, Monclova.
