Alice Cox

Alice Cox, age 81, of Millbury passed away November 1, 2022, in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. She was born December 28, 1940, to Joseph and Mary (Kocian) Kustra in Toledo. A 1958 graduate of Rossford High School, she married Jesse Cox in June 1959. A stay-at-home mom who was very crafty; making jewelry, decorating gourdes, and she loved all wildlife, especially cats and birds.

The widow of Jesse “Carl” Cox who died in 2003, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Helen Hampton. Alice is survived by her children Marty Cox, Tim (Vickey) and Darlene (Brian) Stevens; grandchildren, Cody Cox, and Melanie Cox; 2 Great-Grandchildren, Lilly, and Skylar Cox; sisters, Catherine “Kiki” Crampton and Judy Kustra.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, November 4, 2022, from 5 -8 P.M. at the Sujkowski-Walker Funeral Home, 830 Lime City Road, Rossford. The funeral service will be on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at 11 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Lake Township Cemetery.
