Alfred William Gray, Jr.

Alfred William Gray Jr., age 89, passed away on December 15, 2014 at his residence.  He was born on July 10, 1925 in Dayton, Ohio to Alfred William and Helen (Meyers) Gray.  Alfred was a veteran of the United States Navy, where he served in WWII.  He worked for Chrysler, was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.  Alfred enjoyed camping, boating and loved the ocean. He is survived by his daughter, Joanne (Jim) Brown; daughter, Judy Brown; son, Alfred (Paulette) Gray; daughter, Rosemary (Steve) Alex, 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.  Alfred was preceded in death by  his wife, Anne; parents; great grandson, Cole; and 7 siblings. Visitation will be held on Friday December 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio 43537 with a memorial service at 11:00 AM  Memorial contributions may be given to the Wounded Warriors Project, P.O.
