Alec Reinheimer

Alec Reinheimer, 64, of Port Clinton, Ohio, passed away on July 25, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on September 26, 1961, in Rochester, NY, to John and Patricia "Lee" (Craig) Reinheimer.

Alec was a high school graduate of Gilford New Hampshire High School.

Alec enjoyed photography and would photograph anything that caught his eye. He also enjoyed motorcycles. He worked for Fire Protection in New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Wyoming, and North Carolina.

He is survived by his father, John Reinheimer; siblings, Kenneth Reinheimer of Belize, Katherine (Daniel) Dockham of New Hampshire and David Reinheimer of Missouri. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; Ian, Victoria, Daniel, Azshara, Thorin; and many other extended family members.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia "Lee" Reinheimer.

A funeral service to celebrate Alec's life will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 214 E. 2nd St., Port Clinton, Ohio, 43452, beginning at 11:00 am.
