Albert William Cramer

CRAMER Albert W. Ab Albert W. Ab Cramer, age 80, died Saturday, April 26, 2008, in Venice, FL. Ab was born March 25, 1928, in Toledo, OH, and lived there until 1950. He graduated from Ohio State University, received an MBA from University of Detroit, and served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. He worked for Chrysler Corporation for 28 years and retired as the divisional manager of the Electronics Division. Ab was a dedicated husband and father, avid golfer and lifelong OSU Buckeye fan. He enjoyed retirement for over 20 years living in both Florida and Ohio. Ab was preceded in death by Peggy J. Cramer and Joyce K. Cramer; his parents, Grant and Alice, and brother, David. Surviving are his wife, Tina Cramer; son, Douglas G. Cramer and wife, Dianna, son, Kirk W. Cramer and wife, Laura; daughter, Lisa M. Dierbeck and husband, Darren; nine grand-children who he loved and adored, Chris Cramer, Kathryn Brownell Jason, Jodi Alcanter, Brody Alcanter, Brytta Cramer, Kyle Cramer, Danny Rodemann, Abbie Dierbeck and Hallie Dierbeck, and great-granddaughter, Gena Dampier and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Friday, May 2 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a Memorial service at 1:15 p.m. at Walker Family Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Avenue, Toledo, OH 43623. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, Sylvania. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Albert Cramer to the Ohio State University Fund.
