Alan James Valentine

Alan James Al Valentine age 65 of Whitehouse, OH passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at St. Lukes Hospital, Maumee. Al was born in Toledo on January 22, 1947 to Ralph James and Grace Shinevar Valentine. Al enjoyed playing X Box, watching the Washington Redskins, camping at Hidden Lake Campground. Most of all Al loved to play softball, where he played for the East Toledo Merchants, Lays Transmission, Nite Kap, and Crum Manufacturing. Al is survived by his wife, Jennifer; mother, Grace, sons, Anthony and Daniel Yvette Valentine; daughter, Dana Valentine and granchildren, Madison, Dakota, Kaylee and Abby. Also surviving is his brother, Larry Valentine and many nieces and nephews. A gathering for Al will take place on Wednesday January 2, 2013 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio 43537 with a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
