Agnes May Smith

Agnes May Smith, 78, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, Thursday, May 01, 2014 at Riverview Healthcare Campus, Oak Harbor, OH, surrounded by her loving family. Agnes was born on July 18, 1935 in Castalia, OH, the daughter of John and Lucille Burgraff Strouse Sr.. On April 13, 1967 in Kentucky, she married Arthur M. Smith and he survives. Agnes was a homemaker. She was a 25 year volunteer for Care and Share in Gypsum, OH. She was an avid NASCAR fan, except Kyle Busch. Agnes loved fishing, camping and watching NBA Basketball. Survivors include: Loving Husband of 47 years: Arthur M. Smith; Children: Debrah, Richard, William Donna, Tina Ramiro, Scott Dawn & Dawn Michael; Grandchildren: Brian, Ricky, Misty, Ashley, Shelly, Mia, Breanna, Josh, Brittany, Haley, Kaylee, Hannah, Tori, Scotty Jr. Great-Grandchildren: Several; Sister: Mary Fink & Brother: John Strouse Jr. Agnes was preceded in death by her parents, sons: Michael & David. Visitation will be from 2-4pm & 6-8pm, Monday, May 05, 2014, in the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH. Funeral service will be conducted by Father Timothy Ferris at 11:00am, Tuesday, May 06, 2014 in the funeral home. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton, OH.
