Agnes T. Myerholtz, 83, of Oak Harbor died Sunday, December 28, 2008 at her daughters residence in Brooksville, FL. She was born on January 9, 1925 in Genoa, OH to Joseph and Marie Horak Horak. On May 30, 1941 in Ottawa County, OH she married Glen A. Myerholtz, and he preceded her in death on July 17, 1967. Agnes worked for Siligan Plastics in Port Clinton for 18 years, retiring in 1995. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Rocky Ridge where she was very active and a member of the Moose Lodge #1610, Port Clinton. Agnes enjoyed reading, sewing, playing cards, and puzzles. Survivors include: daughter: Patricia Lynn Cole Whitmore of Brooksville, FL; sisters: Mary Kania of Rocky Ridge, OH, Katie Rollheiser of Brigham City, Utah, and Helen Swope of Toledo, OH; 2 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son: Floyd Myerholtz, brothers: Frank and Joe Horak, sister: Annie Tabbert, and one granddaughter. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 2, 2009 at St. John Lutheran Church, Rocky Ridge with Reverend Keith Baker officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, January 1, 2009 from 11 a.m. 8 p.m. at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, Oak Harbor. Interment will be in Limestone Cemetery, Limestone, OH. Memorial contributions may be directed to St. John Lutheran Church, Rocky Ridge, Moose Lodge #1610, Port Clinton, or the American Heart Association.
