Ada Lou Condon

Ada Lou Condon, age 82, experienced that Blessed Assurance on September 25, 2016 in her home surrounded by her family, and this is her story. The daughter of Alfred and Naomi Sanders, she was born February 21, 1934 in Hosford, FL. She came to Toledo in 1948 and graduated from Scott High School. She met the love of her life, Clarence Condon and they were married on October 27, 1951. She was a teacher at Apostolic Christian Academy for 17 years. Ada was a wonderful cook and enjoyed camping and crocheting. She was an active member of First Apostolic Church and was the Sunday School Director over the childrens department for 38 years. She cherished spending time at her cottage and enjoyed swinging on the porch. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Clarence; children, Debbie (Ron) Suter, Rick (Nancy) Condon, Ron (Monica) Condon, Becky (Mike) Koltz, Kevin (Jennifer) Condon; 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many other children accepted into the family. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary Love Odom; brother, Wayne Sanders; and grandson, Michael Paul Koltz. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday from 2-9 PM at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave (West of Corey Rd). Visitation will continue on Thursday from 10:00 AM- 11:00 AM at First Apostolic Church 5701 W. Sylvania Ave Toledo, OH 43623 followed by funeral services at 11:00 AM at the church. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider First Apostolic Church or the Apostolic Christian Academy, 5701 W.
