Todd Eric Brown

Todd Eric Brown, age 58, of Genoa, Ohio, passed away suddenly at home on March 14, 2024. He was born October 23, 1965, in Toledo, Ohio to Alfred Leo and Jeanne Anne (Jankowski) Brown. He was a graduate of Genoa High School. Todd married the light of his life, Kathy Jo Shepler, and she preceded him in death on January 18, 2020.

Todd spent his career at Chrysler, having worked there for over 28 years. He enjoyed playing video games in his spare time, as well as watching and collecting movies. He had a proud collection of over 5,000 movie dvds. Traveling with Kathy was something Todd loved to do in his younger years. Yellowstone National Park and Devils Tower National Monument were some of their favorite places to travel to. He also enjoyed mineral and gem hunting with Kathy in South Carolina. Though he could be ornery at times, Todd’s contagious giggle could make anyone smile.

Todd is survived by his father, Alfred Leo Brown, brothers, Steve (Doreen) Brown and David Brown, nephew, Daniel (Bryson) Brown, and niece, Morgan (Zach) Collins. He is preceded in death by his mother, Jeanne Anne (Jankowski) Brown and loving wife, Kathy Jo (Shepler) Brown.

Friends and family may be received from 5:00pm-7:00pm on March 19, 2024, at Robinson-Walker Funeral Home – Genoa, 501 West Street, Genoa, Ohio, 43430. Private family services and interment at Catawba Island Cemetery will take place at a later date. Memorial donations in Todd’s honor may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
