Seth Allen Jaffe

Seth Allen Jaffe, age 13 of Sylvania passed away Sunday, November 8 2015 in The Toledo Hospital. He was born January 19, 2002 in Toledo and has fought Ehlers-Danlos and Mitochondrial Disorder since birth. He loved music, dancing, singing, being around people, festivities and action. Surviving is his mother Nichole Jaffe; father Jason Burnside; brothers Donavin and Gavin Jaffe; grandparents John and Janice Slifco; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
