Phoebe L. Billman, 77, of Port Clinton, OH passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025 in Monmouth, NJ. She was born on June 8, 1947 in Port Clinton, OH to Lawrence A. and LaVonne (O’Neil) Satterfield. Phoebe worked as a physical therapy assistant.
Phoebe is survived by her son, Taber Billman, and several close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Lindsey Satterfield.
Graveside services for Phoebe will be conducted 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton, OH. Memorial contributions in memory of Phoebe can be given to a charity of the donor’s choice. Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.
