Linda Geiser

LINDA GEISER Linda Geiser, age 60, of Holland passed away on April 7, 2012 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. Linda was born in Toledo on February 13, 1952 to James and Doris (Leonard) Lorenzen. She married William Geiser in Toledo on March 27, 1971. Linda worked as a hairdresser for the former Cameo Beauty Shop and was a Life Member of the Women’s Auxiliary of the Springfield Township Fire Department where she served as their dispatcher for over 18 years. In her spare time, Linda was an avid bowler and enjoyed playing bunco. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Left behind to cherish her memory is her loving husband, William; daughters, Kelly (Bill) Underwood; Nicole (Leon) Hassell; Brittany Geiser; grandchildren, Courtney; Parker; Adrian; Kaleigh; Jared; Kaleb; Hayden; Faith; brothers, James (Rhonda) Lorenzen; Paul Lorenzen; and Dale Lorenzen. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, John; sister, Margaret and grandson, Carter. Family and friends will be received in the Neville Funeral Home, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland (419-865-8879) from 4-9 pm Wednesday, April 11, 2012 and 2-9 Thursday, April 12, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday, April 13, 2012. The Springfield Township Fire Department will conduct a walk through on Thursday evening beginning at 7 pm. Burial will be private. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the Hickman Cancer Center.
