Joseph Bielecki, Sr.

Joseph “Joe” Bielecki Sr, 82, of Rossford, passed away on July 23, 2021, at home with his wife Jane and loving family by his side, while fighting a terminal illness.   He was born on July 23, 1939, in Jastkowice, Poland, where he proudly served in the Polish Army and worked on the railroad.  He moved to the United States with his wife and three children on July 19th, 1972, where he began his 26-year career with Crown Cork & Seal.   Joseph was the main staple of the family and loved entertaining them.  Besides spending time with his children and grandchildren, he loved playing the accordion, cards and bingo.   He is survived by his loving wife, Jane; sons, Stan (Sandi); Mark (Jackie); Joe (Tonya); daughters Margie (Tony) Parrish; Tammy (Andrew) Hasty; 16 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until the time of funeral services at 7:00 p.m. in the Sujkowski-Walker Funeral Home, 830 Lime City Rd, Rossford. Committal will be private. The family would like to express a warm and loving “thank you” to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, to whom memorial contributions are suggested.
