Doris Main

Doris Ellen Main was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She passed away peacefully on August 8, 2021. Doris was born on July 25, 1941 in Oregon, Ohio. She married the love of her life, Duncan on June 22, 1960 and they were married for 58 years. They enjoyed bowling, camping, spending time with friends, and taking trips to Michigan and Florida. Doris worked at Tiedke's department store and was a bus driver for Oregon City Schools for over 30 years before retiring to take care of her mother. The greatest joy besides her husband, was her children and grandchildren. We could never thank her enough for the great love she showed to us, family, and friends. Doris was preceded in death by her husband Duncan, parents, Cornelius and Martha May and brother Bill. She is survived by her children Scott Main, Marsha (Michael) Brady, 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, sister, Connie Dehnbostel, brothers James(Joyce) May and Ronald (Karen) May and many nieces and nephews. Doris' family will receive friends during a time of visitation on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 from 9:30 AM until the time of service at 12 PM at the Walker Funeral Home - Oregon Chapel (3500 Navarre Ave. Oregon, OH 43616).
