Daniel Phillip Gresh

Daniel Phillip Gresh, 76, formerly of Port Clinton, OH, passed away May 15, 2009 at Riverview Healthcare Campus, Oak Harbor, OH. Daniel was born on February 18, 1933 in Marblehead, OH to John and Pauline Glovinsky Gresh. On November 3, 1956 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Marblehead, OH, he married Luella Reinbolt. Daniel was a truck driver and retired from Carolina Freight in Toledo, OH. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton. Daniel was an avid coin collector and enjoyed fishing and bowling. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include: loving wife of 52 years: Luella Pat Gresh of Oak Harbor, OH; children: Patti Terry Millinger of Dacula, GA, Suzanne Thomas Sams of Moyock, NC, Linda Fred Sams of Moyock, NC, Daniel Cindy Gresh of Oak Harbor, OH; grandchildren: Jennifer Millinger, Stephanie Kyle Flemish, Jessica Kevin Burkett, Ashley Sams, Heather Gresh, Holly Gresh, Haley Gresh, Hunter Gresh; brothers: Ernie Shirley Gresh, Paul Pat Gresh, Jim Ruth Gresh, David Tilly Gresh; sisters: Nadine Black, Paula Jim Hough, Becky David Mack. Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Ted and Tom Gresh; son: Phillip Gresh. Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM, Tuesday, May 19, 2009 in the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home and Crematory, 216 Washington St., Port Clinton, OH. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Father John Missler at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton, following family prayers beginning at 9:30 AM at the funeral home.
