Cirilo N. Garcia

Cirilo N. Garcia of Toledo, OH passed away on April 18, 2016 at at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on July 9, 1929 to Jose and Benigna (Nava) Garcia in Asherton, Texas. Cirilo was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in World War II, and worked at Jeep for 40 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juana (Hernandez) Garcia, parents, and several brothers and sisters. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Joe V. Garcia, Daniel J. Garcia, Tina Marie Garcia; special daughter, Lucy Garcia brother, Ramon Garcia; sister, Lucy Gomez; grandchildren, Joe Garcia, Jessica Barney, Jason Hymore, Cirilo R. Garcia, Cirilo R.R. Garcia; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place at Hoeflinger-Bolander Funeral Home, 3500 Navarre Ave. Oregon, OH (419- 691-6768), on Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with a Scripture Service beginning at 7:00 P.M. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at Rosary Cathedral, 2535 Collingwood Blvd, Toledo, Ohio 43610, on Friday, April 22, 2016 beginning at 12:00 Noon. Burial will follow in Restlawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Cirilo’s name may be made to the family.
