•   Having an onsite crematory will allow families to tour or inspect the facility or travel with their loved one on their final journey to the crematory if they wish. We are proud to have a state of the art crematory that will offer a separate tastefully decorated office area and family gathering/viewing area for those wishing to witness the start of the cremation process for their own grief closure and peace of mind. Walker Family Funeral Homes are committed to educating their cremation families and the public about the truth and actual procedure that encompasses cremation and the benefits of having the process done here locally in house by their own staff of professionals.

•   The community should be aware that to start and add an onsite crematory requires many rules and regulations to be met with local village and county zoning rules, Environmental Protection Agency rules and regulations, and crematory certification and permits.
